A princess of the royal AlSabah family of Kuwait, Sheikha Intisar AlSabah is a philanthropist, entrepreneur, author and columnist. A passionate person who is constantly looking for a happiness, love and fulfillment in everything she does, Sheikha Intisar believes in using her knowledge, experience and personal discoveries to inspire people to look, feel and do better.

Humanitarian Organization
Intisar Foundation is a UK-registered humanitarian organisation committed to promoting Peace in the Arab world by self-empowering Arab women traumatised by war and violence to become influential Peacemakers. Founded in 2018 by HH Sheikha Intisar AlSabah, it is the first and only organisation in the Arab world dedicated to providing drama therapy programmes to support women affected by trauma, war and violence.
Alongside therapy, the foundation runs sub-programmes and conducts research focused on drama therapy and mental health. By 2050, their mission is to help one million Arab women overcome the psychological effects of war and violence.
People Spreading Positivity
Alnowair is non-profit initiative driven to spread a positive attitude in Kuwait. Founded by Sheikha Intisar AlSabah in 2013, The organization’s goal is to bring about a social behavioral change in the country,through carefully orchestrated programs. Training workshops that help corporates in Kuwait build more positive and productive work cultures.
Classroom and extra-curricular programs for schools, that help shape a future generation that considers positivity as a way of life.Public awareness campaigns and events that inspire the masses to embrace positivity as a means to fulfillment & lasting happiness.
Educational Program
Bareec Project for Positive Thinking and Well-Being is the educational arm of Alnowair. Founded in July 2016, Bareec implements a set of short, interactive and creative activities in classrooms that help instill a positive attitude in the students. “Bareec” curriculum is a distinctive values education program that spreads the culture of positivity.
The program takes inspiration from scientific research and work done in the field of positive psychology and social behavioral change from around the world, and trains teachers on how to implement the program in their respective schools.
